If you are not happy with your order, due to any reason, we'll be extremely sorry. We strive to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Unfortunately, Nurse Africa Scrubs does not offer refunds at this time, but we are happy to accept your returns and issue you store credit or exchange your return for another item.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible for store credit/exchange. All sales are final. If you don't fit, you can exchange returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange/store credit. Any returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be ineligible for store credit/exchange.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt, please email nurseafricascrubs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your first/last name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item. After review, we will happily send you a shipping label to return the item(s) and have them replaced at no additional cost to you!
